I am a New York state licensed marriage and family therapist who has experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
My experience and theoretical training has lead me to the conclusion that people can and do change. Being part of and facilitating the process of growth and healing is a role that has been truly rewarding.
My approach is to create a nonjudgmental environment, in which people are heard, understood, and respected. This environment allows for the safety to explore, question, challenge, and change patterns and meanings of thoughts, feeling, and behaviors.
